Chocolate "Poor Man'S" Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 pinch salt
2 c. sugar
1 c. cocoa
1 c. sour milk
1 c. oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. hot coffee

Preparation

Sift together dry ingredients.
Mix by hand, adding one ingredient at a time.
Add coffee last.
Put in 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 35 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Top with Cream Frosting.
