Toasted Coconut Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    4 Tbsp. oleo
    2 c. coconut
    2 Tbsp. milk
    3 1/2 c. powdered sugar, sifted
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt 2 tablespoons of oleo in skillet; add coconut. Stir constantly over low heat until golden brown and spread on absorbent paper to drain and cool.
    Cream 2 tablespoons oleo and cream cheese.
    Add milk and beat in sugar gradually.
    Add vanilla. Stir in 1 3/4 cups coconut.
    Ice cake and sprinkle top of cake with remaining coconut.
