Broccoli A La Greque - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh broccoli
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/3 c. oil
    1 tsp. onion salt
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. vinegar
    2 to 3 oz. Feta cheese
    1 to 2 tomatoes
    2 hard-boiled eggs
Preparation
    Cut broccoli into serving pieces.
    Cook until tender.
    Arrange in 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Combine next 8 ingredients.
    Pour over broccoli.
    Cover with plastic wrap and chill overnight.
    Turn broccoli once.
    To serve, arrange on platter; sprinkle with crumbled Feta cheese.
    Garnish with tomato wedges and hard-boiled eggs (quartered).
