Antipasto Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    6 oz. salami, thinly sliced and quartered
    1 can artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
    16 oz. can garbanzo beans, drained
    16 oz. can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 large clove garlic, minced
    1 pkg. dry Italian dressing mix
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except dressing in large bowl.
    Mix dressing according to package directions.
    Pour over salad and refrigerate.
