Deviled Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 hard-boiled eggs, halved lengthwise
4 slices bacon, crisp-cooked, drained and crumbled
4 tsp. prepared mustard
1 medium avocado, sliced
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
dash of pepper
1/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
Preparation

Remove yolks from egg whites; arrange whites on plate or container.
Sieve egg yolks and combine with remaining ingredients except avocado; mix well.
Refill egg whites with egg yolk mixture.
Sprinkle with additional paprika.
Garnish with avocado. Half of recipe may be stored in a container.
