Baked Custard(For Diabetics) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 c. skim milk
    liquid sugar substitute to equal 1/3 c. sugar
Preparation
    Lightly beat eggs, then add remaining ingredients and beat well.
    Pour mixture into five 6-ounce custard cups and place cups in pan containing 1 inch of hot water.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
    Cover and chill thoroughly.
