Cocoa Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    3 large eggs
    1 1/2 c. mashed ripe bananas (3 large)
    1 c. mini chocolate chips
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Grease and flour 6 mini and three 6 x 3 x 2-inch loaf pans.
    In a large bowl, at medium speed, beat sugar, oil and eggs until blended.
    In a medium bowl, stir together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt.
    At low speed, beat flour mixture into egg mixture just until blended.
    Stir in chocolate chips.
    Fill mini pans 2/3 full and smaller pans 1/2 full.
    Place on baking sheet.
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
    Cool in pans on wire rack 10 minutes. Remove from pans and cool completely.
    Wrap in plastic wrap and then foil.
