Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    4 eggs
    2 c. canned pumpkin
    2/3 c. orange juice, milk or water
    1 1/2 c. raisins
    1 1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Combine flour, soda, salt, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger.
    Beat together sugar and oil and add eggs, one at a time. Stir in pumpkin and orange juice, or whatever liquid you want. Blend in dry ingredients.
    Stir in raisins and nuts.
    Turn into well-greased, floured loaf pans.
    Let stand at least 20 minutes before baking.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours or until done.
    Let stand in pans for 5 minutes, then turn on racks to cool.
