Pennsylvania Dutch Potato Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium-sized potatoes, peeled
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1 large egg, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    vegetable (as needed)
Preparation
    Grate potatoes into a large bowl; toss with lemon juice, coating thoroughly.
    Let stand 5 minutes; drain well.
    Add melted butter, flour, onions, egg, salt, pepper and baking powder.
    Stir to mix well.
