Barbecue Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chuck roast, seasoned as desired with salt and pepper
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 bottle catsup
    4 more Tbsp. liquid smoke
    1 tsp. mustard
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    2 to 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 to 4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 bottle Coke
Preparation
    Rub sugar into meat and cook, covered, over low heat with a little water.
    When done, pull apart or shred meat into a heavy saucepan.
    Mix remaining ingredients.
    Simmer.
    Makes excellent sandwiches.
