Mayonnaise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 scant c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1/2 pt. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Mix vinegar and butter in double boiler and boil.
    Blend sugar, flour and eggs.
    Add slowly to vinegar mixture.
    Cook and stir until thick.
    Take off heat and add 1 heaping tablespoon mustard and 1/2 pint of mayonnaise.
    Makes 1 pint.
