Oven Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 potatoes
    1 stick margarine
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Preparation
    Scrub potatoes and slice into 1/2 to 3/4-inch thick slices, leaving skins on.
    Place in ovenproof pan.
    Melt margarine and pour over potatoes.
    Sprinkle onion soup mix on top.
    Cover tightly with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    May be microwaved for 10 minutes or until potatoes are cooked thoroughly (omit foil and use plastic wrap to top dish).
