Stuffed Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium zucchini
    1 (12 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
    1 c. italian croutons
    1 can yellow corn
    1/2 c. parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In saucepan, heat tomatoes, croutons, yellow corn and 1/2 parmesan until croutons are soggy.\tCut zucchini lengthwise, scoop out middle and stuff with tomato crouton stuffing.\tCover with rest of parmesan.
