Rich Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
1 (10 oz.) pkg. Cracker Barrel sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 c. margarine
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 3/4 c. undiluted evaporated milk
Preparation
-
Cook macaroni as directed on package.
Heat margarine, salt and pepper over medium heat, until margarine melts, stirring constantly.
Stir in flour.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
Remove from heat.
Stir in milk.
Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat.
Stir in cheese until melted.
