Lemon Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/2 c. margarine
1/4 c. confectioners sugar
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Blend flour, margarine and confectioners sugar.
Press evenly in 8 x 8-inch square pan.
Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Beat together 2 eggs, sugar, salt, lemon juice and flour.
Pour over baked crust and bake 20 to 25 minutes more until golden brown (lightly golden). Do not overbake.
Cool and cut into small bars and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
