Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 (6 oz.) cream cheese
    2/3 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in skins with salt.
    Peel.
    Add 2 tablespoons butter and next 4 ingredients.
    Mix with a mixer just like mashed potatoes.
    Spoon mixture into 2-quart greased pan.
    Brush with 1 tablespoon melted butter and sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Can be made ahead and refrigerated, then cooked.
