Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

1 c. oil
4 eggs, beaten
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1/2 c. water
3 c. sugar
3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation

Mix together eggs, oil, pumpkin and water in a bowl.
In another bowl, mix and sift all the dry ingredients together. Blend the dry mixture slowly into the wet mixture.
Add nuts and stir until smooth.
Use approximately three 8 x 4-inch pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
