Cheese Danish Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    2 pkg. Martha White muffin mix
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Grease muffin cups.
    Combine cream cheese and sugar in mixing bowl.
    Stir in egg until well blended. In separate bowl, combine muffin mix and milk; stir just until blended.
    Fill muffin cups 2/3 full.
    Top each with about one tablespoon of cream cheese mixture.
    Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until set.
