Chicken Livers And Potatoes - cooking recipe

4 large white potatoes
1/4 c. oil (Mazola)
1 c. flour
2 Tbsp. seasoned salt
1 Tbsp. black pepper
1 Tbsp. cayenne pepper
5 c. boiling water
1/4 c. butter
1 medium onion
Preparation

Clean and butter outside of potatoes. Wrap in aluminum and put in oven at 400\u00b0. Pour 1/4 cup of oil in frying pan.
Clean and drain livers on paper towel. Add 1 cup flour, salt and pepper into a large bowl.
Put livers into flour mixture.
Place in hot frying pan. Turn until done. When chicken livers are done, take rest of flour mix and put in frying pan.
Constantly stir until medium brown.
Pour in water and onion and simmer. After potatoes are done, slice open and pour livers and gravy mixture onto the split baked potato.
