Blonde Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. margarine or Wesson oil
    1 box light brown sugar
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
Preparation
    Sift together flour, baking powder, soda and salt.
    Melt in large saucepan: margarine and brown sugar.
    Beat eggs and add to butter mixture.
    Add dry ingredients to butter mixture.
    Spread in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle chocolate morsels on top of batter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
