Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. broccoli flowerets, steamed until tender
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. Minute rice, uncooked
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. cubed cheese (Cheddar)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a 2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle top with more cheese.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
