Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine, softened
3 large or 4 small ripe bananas
1 c. sugar
2 beaten eggs
2 c. flour, sifted
1 tsp. soda
Preparation

Soften margarine.
Mash bananas with fork.
Sift flour with baking soda.
Combine all ingredients; add chopped nuts, if desired.
Mix well and pour into greased and floured loaf pan.
