Easy Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced potatoes
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Place half the potatoes in greased 1 1/2-quart casserole. Top with half the onions.
    Repeat layers.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Combine soup and milk and pour over potatoes. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Uncover and continue baking 30 minutes more.
    Makes 4 or 5 servings.
