Texas Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    5 medium potatoes, sliced in rounds
    1 (15 oz.) can Ranch Style beans
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1/2 lb. box Velveeta cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown meat in large casserole dish; drain grease.
    Add potato rounds, then Ranch Style beans, then tomatoes and about 1/2 can of water.
    Spread chunks of cheese around on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until potatoes are done.
