Green Tomato Pickles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 gal. green tomatoes, chopped
1 c. chopped red bell peppers
2 c. chopped onions
1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped hot peppers
2 c. vinegar
2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Combine green tomatoes, red peppers, onion and hot pepper in large saucepan.
Add vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.
Cook 20 to 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Ladle into hot sterilized pint jars.
Seal with two-piece lids.
Hot water bath 5 to 7 minutes.
