Crispy Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops (1 inch thick)
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. dried basil
    1 tsp. dried thyme leaves
Preparation
    Cut off excess fat from edges of chops.
    Bread chops in the egg and crumbs, coating well.
    Broil on a lightly greased rack about 8 inches away from heat for 10 minutes.
