Perfect Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. solid Crisco
1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1 egg
Preparation

Combine flour, sugar and salt in a mixing bowl.
Cut in shortening with 2 knives.
Combine water and vinegar with egg; add to flour mixture and stir until moistened and dough is formed. Divide dough into 4 or 5 equal parts; shape each into a round flat patty ready for rolling.
Wrap in waxed paper; chill at least 30 minutes.
Place on lightly floured board; roll 1/8-inch thick and 2 inches larger than inverted pie pan.
