Rice And Chicken Risotto(Risotto, My Dear, Is A Way With Rice; A Delectable Way.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 chopped green bell pepper
    2 to 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 c. raw rice
    1 chopped, boiled, deboned chicken (in large pieces, 1-inch cube)
    3 c. chicken stock
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. cooking sherry
    1 small can pimento, chopped
Preparation
    Saute onion and bell pepper in butter or margarine.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix.
    Place in a large baking dish. Cover and cook in the oven at 400\u00b0 until liquid is absorbed. (More liquid may be added for tender rice.)
    Remove cover the last 15 minutes to lightly brown.
