Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. cheese or favorite croutons
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage, sauteed and grease drained
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 1/4 c. milk
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Place croutons in baking dish.
    Top with 1/2 cheese.
    Top with cooked sausage and remaining portion of cheese.
    Beat eggs.
    Add 2 1/4 cups milk and mustard.
    Pour this mixture over layered ingredients.
    Refrigerate overnight.
