Bert'S Beignets(Ben'Yas) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can biscuits
    1 box confectioners sugar
    oil
Preparation
    In large deep iron skillet, heat oil.
    While oil is heating, cut biscuits in 1/4 pieces.
    Put confectioners sugar in large bowl and set aside.
    When oil is heated, drop in biscuit pieces and cook until golden brown.
    Immediately take out of oil and roll in the confectioners sugar.
    Makes 40 beignets.
