Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 oz.) jar Marshmallow Creme
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1/4 c. butter
    12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. nuts
Preparation
    Combine Marshmallow Creme, sugar, milk, butter and salt. Bring to a full boil.
    Stir constantly for 5 minutes with it boiling.
    Remove from heat; add chips and stir until melted, then add vanilla and nuts.
    Chill 2 hours in 8 x 8-inch pan.
