Easy Funnel Cake(Just Like At The Fair!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg
2/3 c. milk
1 1/4 c. flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
oil (for frying)
powdered sugar

Preparation

Beat together egg and milk.
Combine dry ingredients together. Then gradually add milk and egg to dry ingredients (mix well; there shouldn't be any lumps/bumps)!
Pour into funnel and in a circular motion into saucepan with hot oil.
Load up with powdered sugar and sprinkle when cool!
