Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 or more pork chops (center cut)
    potatoes, sliced thin
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 large onion, sliced
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown chops on both sides in oil.
    Remove.
    In large casserole dish, place 2 chops on bottom, next onion and potatoes, alternating until all is used, keeping 1 or 2 chops for top.
