Peach Pie-Fresh - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    1-1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. butter
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    yellow food coloring
    whipping cream
    baked pie shell
    peaches
Preparation
    Boil sugar, water, and cornstarch until thickened.
    Add lemon gelatin (mix with a little water first), butter and coloring. Pour some into baked pie shell.
    Slice fresh peaches into it.
    Add more mix.
    Top with whipped whipping cream.
