Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter
1/2 c. half and half cream
1 c. grated cheese
5 potatoes, sliced 1/4-inch thick
salt and pepper
1 onion, sliced
Preparation

Layer 3 pieces of heavy foil crisscross.
Melt butter.
Place potatoes on foil.
Pour butter and cream on top.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Lay onion slices on top.
Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours.
