Cauliflower In Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 medium cauliflower
1 c. water
2 Tbsp. soft margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
2 tsp. Parmesan cheese
salt to taste
paprika for color

Preparation

Cook cauliflower in cup of water.
Sprinkle salt on it and cook until tender, uncovered for 10 minutes.
Use slotted spoon to remove cauliflower.
Reserve cooking water.
