Hot Cajun Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. sugar
    4 to 6 oz. Tabasco sauce
    1 gal. dill pickle slices
    garlic powder to taste
Preparation
    Discard the liquid from pickles.
    Add remaining ingredients. You may have to wait for some sugar to dissolve before adding rest of the sugar.
    Refrigerate for 3 days before serving.
