Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 3/4 c. cooked sweet potatoes, mashed
1 c. sugar
1/4 lb. margarine
1 c. evaporated milk
1 egg
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 unbaked pie shell

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Pour into pie shell and bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
