Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. salt or to taste
    3/4 c. Splenda
    1 pkg. fresh spinach
Preparation
    Add all ingredients except spinach to a saucepan. Boil 1 or 2 minutes. Cool, but do not refrigerate. Wash and tear spinach into pieces. Drizzle dressing over spinach when ready to serve.
