Crescent Cream Cheese Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. crescent rolls
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    3/4 c. white sugar
    1 egg yolk (save the white)
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Roll out one package of crescent rolls and put into 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk and vanilla. Spread over crescents.
    Roll out the other package of crescents and place over this.
    Beat the egg white and spread over the top layer of crescents.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
