Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can sweet potatoes
    1 c. coconut
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Mash together sweet potatoes, sugar and butter.
    Add cinnamon and nutmeg.
    (Taste and add more seasoning if you like.)
    Add coconut and pecans.
    Put into baking dish; top with coconut.
    Bake in moderate oven until warmed through and coconut is light brown.
