Reuben Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 oz.) can sauerkraut, rinsed and squeezed dry
    2 medium tomatoes, sliced 1/4 inch thick
    3 Tbsp. Thousand Island dressing
    1 can corned beef or 1 lb. deli type
    8 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded
    10 crisp rye crackers, crumbled (Keebler Toasteds are good)
    1/2 tsp. caraway seed
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Grease 9-inch glass pie plate.
    Spread sauerkraut in 9-inch glass pie plate.
    Top with tomato slices and dot with dressing.
    Cover with corned beef.
    Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 15 minutes.
    Remove from oven.
    Sprinkle with mixture of crackers, caraway seed and melted margarine.
    Return to oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Cut in wedges to serve.
