Grandma Dye'S Mini Meat Loaves With Vegetables - cooking recipe

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onions
6 small potatoes, sliced
1 bag frozen vegetables, drained and thawed
Preparation

Combine meat, salt, egg, 1/2 can tomato sauce, seasoning and 1/2 can onions in 9 x 13-inch dish.
Form 3 loaves.
Place potatoes around mini loaves.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Place vegetables around loaves and mix with potatoes.
Lightly season with salt and pepper.
Top with remaining tomato sauce.
Bake uncovered 15 minutes.
Top with 1/2 onions.
Bake uncovered 5 minutes.
