Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. pineapple juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    No. 2 can pineapple
    1 c. light brown sugar
Preparation
    Drain juice from crushed pineapple.
    Melt 4 tablespoons margarine in a 9-inch round deep pan.
    Add light brown sugar and the drained pineapple.
    Leave on a low fire until mixture bubbles. Pour cake mixture over.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
