Artichoke Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can artichokes, chopped
    2 pkg. frozen spinach, cooked
    1 1/2 sticks butter or margarine
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 egg whites, beaten until stiff
    1/3 pkg. herbed stuffing mix
Preparation
    Combine 1/2 cup butter (softened), cream cheese and Parmesan cheese.
    Mix with artichokes and spinach.
    Fold in egg whites. Put in 2-quart casserole.
    Melt remaining 1/4 cup butter.
    Mix with herbed stuffing mix.
    Put on top of casserole.
    Bake 30 minutes at 325\u00b0.
