Swiss Steak Supreme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. round or flank steak (1 or 1 1/2-inches thick)
2 1/2 c. cooked tomatoes
1 medium sliced onion
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. vinegar
1 clove garlic (optional)
2 Tbsp. catsup
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Pound 6 Tbsp. flour into sides of steak.
Brown in hot fat. Add all ingredients.
Cover, cook over simmer heat or in oven until tender.
2 - 2 1/2 hours.
Uncover the last 15 minutes and let sauce thicken.
