Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening (butter flavor Crisco)
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. sour milk or buttermilk
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. Cremora nondairy creamer
    3/4 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. mashed bananas
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream together the sugar, shortening, eggs and vanilla until light and fluffy.
    Then, blend in all the other ingredients, reserving the bananas and chopped nuts for the last.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 30 to 40 minutes.
    It will make 2 loaves.
