Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening or margarine
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. soda
    2 or 3 bananas, mashed
    1/2 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Cream
    shortening; add sugar and cream well.
    Add eggs, one at
    a time, beating well after each addition.
    Sift flour together with soda.
    Add to creamed mixture.
    Add bananas and nuts.
    Pour into
    a
    greased
    pan.
    Bake
    55 to 60 minutes at 325\u00b0.
