Lemon Broiled Fish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 pieces fish, boned and skinned
1/2 c. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. Mazola margarine, melted
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
Preparation
-
Marinate fish in lemon juice for 30 minutes.
Lay fish on foil covered broiler pan.
Spoon margarine over fish.
Sprinkle with garlic salt, white pepper and paprika.
Broil about 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
Serves 4.
