Summer Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger or deer hamburger
    2 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
    1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
    1/8 tsp. galic powder
Preparation
    Mix well with hands and shape into 3 or 4 long rolls.
    Wrap in Saran Wrap and refrigerate for 24 hours.
    Then bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
